This Consultation is for our existing clients. This is when we will re-evaluate your current plan. We address new or improved symptomology and recommend the next steps in your health plan.

BTB 8 Week Program

Back To the Basics! This program includes 8 1 on 1 sessions each week. We will dive into your relationship with food. We will identify personal patterns and habits developed over time and re-pattern your brain to create harmony with the foods that serve your body's highest purpose. With weekly check ins, we are able to adjust any road bumps that come up and create accountability and sustainability.
